Seminars on nonviolent communication

The seminars will be held in German.

In a short time you will gain a comprehensive insight into how you can apply nonviolent communication in your private and professional environment.

Target group

All people who are looking for a way of understanding, whether in partnership and family, in the circle of friends or at work, which leads to a togetherness instead of an elbow mentality.

Contents

In the seminar you experience this different way of communication with new possibilities for action. You will practice a cooperative way of working together, in which conflicts are solved and all participants are respected and perceived. You learn to deal with yourself and other people in a sensitive way.

You will be introduced to important elements of non-violent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg:
    - To address a situation without reproach.
    - To show understanding for others, even if you disagree with them.
    - To listen to criticism, accusations and attacks without taking them personally.
    - To stand up for your own concerns without wanting to be right.
    - Formulating your goals and values with clear requests.

Methods

The seminar is a mixture of presentation, group work, practical exercises and self-awareness. In addition to imparting knowledge, I attach great importance to the joy of learning and a trusting and relaxed atmosphere.

"Dealing with Anger" / "Nonviolent repartee"

Target group

All people who already have basic knowledge in nonviolent communication (e.g. who have attended an introductory seminar).

Contents

This seminar will deal with two topics:

Dealing with anger
When I get angry, there's an unfulfilled need behind it.

    - How do I recognize the underlying need?
    - How do I find a way to channel the energy of anger in a helpful direction?
    - What does anger tell me about me?

Nonviolent repartee
How can I react to sentences that I interpret as impertinent or impertinent?

    - How can I succeed in responding spontaneously?
    - Do I get the conversation at eye level after a verbal attack?
    - Is there a goal-oriented way out of the possibly arising conflict towards a consensus?
